Items that show damage through misuse will not be considered for replacement or credit. We remind customers to assess the condition of the product before applying for a replacement or credit. In no circumstances shall the seller be liable, in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise whatsoever and howsoever arising for any loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues or anticipated savings or for any special, indirect or consequential damage of any nature whatsoever.

RETURN OF GOODS: All goods supplied in accordance with customers orders will not be accepted for return without our prior consent, We do not deal on a sale or return basis.

CANCELLATIONS: Orders may not be cancelled once in transit.

CLAIMS for LOSS or DAMAGE: Shortages or damage should be advised within 2 days of receipt. Claims after this period will not be accepted. The carriers delivery note must be endorsed "received damaged / open / missing".
